The GARDE1 document system

Compliance documents that can explain why every statement in them is there. Patent pending

The problem

A compliance policy isn’t writing. It’s a claim an auditor will test. Small manufacturers either pay consultants to write policies, or fill in templates they don’t understand. AI document tools are faster, but they generate text and hope: invented controls, sections that dodge the question, and a different policy every time you run them.

The solution

GARDE1 writes only what your organization’s facts require, section by section, and keeps a receipt for every sentence.

Templates and AI writers GARDE1
Statements nobody can trace Every statement traces to the fact and requirement behind it, so the document can answer an auditor’s “why is this here?”
Invented controls, sections marked “N/A” Nothing is invented. If something doesn’t apply, the document says why
A different policy every run Same facts, same policy
Based on what someone typed into a form Grounded in your real systems
One long generation that drifts Written section by section, so each part gets full attention and stays faithful to its sources
Change one answer, regenerate everything Update a fact and only what it affects changes

What changes

A policy that reads like it was written by a careful person and can be checked like it was produced by a program. For a manufacturer with no security team, that’s the difference between a policy they hope is right and one they can defend.
